Tasks
- Build NLP anomaly detection and optimization models
- Build structured summarization and extraction
- Collaborate to productionize pipelines and model packaging
- Create guardrails and document model limitations
- Create system context and runtime sequence artifacts
- Design GenAI and ML workflows with evaluation and controls
- Design GenAI scenario coverage and human review rubrics
- Develop ML forecasting and classification models
- Engineer features from structured and unstructured data
- Ensure privacy and security data minimization and access controls
- Implement CI/CD deployment and monitoring
- Implement model evaluation with holdouts and backtesting
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation solutions
- Monitor data quality drift and performance deterioration
- Perform error analysis and fit for purpose metric selection
- Prepare model risk review documentation and evidence
- Support runbooks UAT and adoption with business users
- Translate business problems into solution approach
- Write maintainable unit tested code with logging
