Our modern tech stack includes Rust, Kotlin, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.   What you’ll do   

• Leading the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and REST APIs for electric vehicle solutions.  

• Collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.  

• Architecting and optimizing database schemas for performance and scalability.   

• Implementing integrations with third-party APIs and services.  

• Ensuring code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.   

• Troubleshooting and debugging issues in production environments.  

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product goals and company objectives.  

• Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.  

• Coaching and mentoring team members.  

 What you’ll bring 

• You have a minimum of 8 years' backend development experience, delivering high-quality solutions.  

• You possess a background in software architecture and design.  

• You are proficient in Rust programming, emphasizing algorithmic competency.  

• You have a strong grasp of databases, both relational and NoSQL.  

• You have expertise in software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.  

• Familiarity with Python for data science and scripting tasks is a plus.  

• You have excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.  

• You are a collaborative team player capable of leading technical initiatives and mentoring others.  

• Scientific or mathematical background is advantageous.  

• Domain knowledge in the vehicle routing problem and logistics applications is beneficial.  

• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservice-based systems, and cloud platforms such as AWS is preferred.
