To further scale our growing business, we are looking for a Senior BI & Data Analyst.

As a BI & Data analyst you will have a clear understanding of the services we provide and how this is represented in the data. You will work within service specific squads as part of a cross functional team.This will allow you to present informative and error free reporting to the NHS. It will also allow you to work closely with other teams within Oviva to help them to understand the data and how we can use this data to drive improvements. Ultimately we want to improve the health of our patients and data is key achieving that and therefore so will you be.
As well as working with both internal and external stakeholders you will work with the Data Science, Data engineering and Product teams to continuously improve our data processing and reporting.
Requirements
Key responsibilities & deliverables
Become the expert on the care that Oviva delivers and how this is reflected in the data.
Drive insights and lead the way in the business making data driven decisions.
You will own the monthly report generation for external stakeholders.
Represent Oviva at external data meetings and engage with our external stakeholders.
Responsible for internal visualisation dashboards for our internal teams.
Use SQL and Google’s BigQuery environment to pull data from our Data Warehouse.
Preparing various ad-hoc analytical reports or insights to aid senior management in decision making.
Producing understandable datasets that allow internal stakeholders to generate their own reports.
Help drive standardisation and best practices across the BI team.

Education & QualificationsAt least 5 years experience working in data analytics/business intelligence.
2:1 University degree in a relevant subject, or proven experience working in data analytics.
