About The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to own and maintain the reports and underlying data marts for business reporting. The candidate should be excited about working closely with cross-functional partners to interpret and clarify requirements, and architect efficient and usable data outputs. This will require balancing competing priorities and laying the groundwork for scale while building first-class data products. 

The Data & Analytics team at DriveWealth creates data products that provide access to relevant data and insights to help customers succeed. The team focuses on creating, maintaining and monitoring curated data sources and statistics used both by internal partners and external customers. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain data marts used internally and by DriveWealth’s customers 
  • Ensure consistent and accurate outputs through efficient code with testing and verification
  • Partner across product and engineering to translate data questions into final requirements and anticipate future features to proactively provide value from data
  • Work with broader data & analytics team to ideate, build, and maintain “self-service” data products that enable data and analytics usage (tables, reports, dashboards, and Python notebooks)
  • Work to establish an open and scalable data culture through documentation, constructive code reviews, and clear explanations of priorities and pain points
  • Act as a data evangelist on data quality and testing by working to establish best-in-class development practices that put data quality first

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience solving data problems with business partners to produce automated deliverables
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent program
  • Experience working within a larger data team balancing ideating on solutions, creating output, writing verification tests, and reviewing others' work
  • Fluent in SQL and Python
  • Experience with DBT for data modeling and transformation is required
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Agile development and worked in a CI/CD environment.
  • Fluent in English and good communication skills 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with the financial market and trading concepts, specifically in regulatory and compliance (CAT, CAIS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, and/or AWS
  • Experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization, reporting tools and Sigma computing
  • Experience with Airflow DAGs, Databricks Workflows or other orchestration services 

Compensation: €4183-€4600 per month

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.

Lithuania pay range€4.183—€4.600 EUR
