FWD Vietnam Technology Company Limited., known as FWD VTC, was set up in 2024 and is part of FWD Group. FWD VTC in Vietnam is one of FWD Group’s office locations serving multiple markets within the Group and employs team members in various functions including Group Technology and Operations, Group Digital & Data and our Centre of Excellence comprising cloud & infrastructure, information security, enterprise architecture and solution delivery.

• A role who can analysis UR and design the test plan, execute test cases, analysis the results and follow up defects.
• Managing activities within sub-team and tasks monitoring.
• Able to design automation scripts or use automation tools to accelerate Agile overall testing delivery.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Carry out testing tasks within project timeline and under quality assurance guideline.
• Analyze test results, identify bugs, and present findings to the development team
• Develop automation testing tools and platforms to improve testing efficiency and quality, execute the test script, analysis and generate test reports.
• Able to analyze and monitor defects with RCA.
• Identify the changes and business impact in testing report.
• Work with IT team and BA to assure system stable and IT delivery quality under user required.
• Interacting with FWD GO and BU IT or Users to solve the various issues they face and updating on the situation.
• Provide ad-hoc support when required

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar is preferred
• 2+ years solid experience in testing/ automation QA/ testing manager roles, insurance industry is preferred
• Experience writing Python scripts, familiar with Selenium and Appium mechanism
• Attention to details with good problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both reading and written English
• Good command of both reading and written English
• Agile delivery experience in large projects

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficient in current mainstream UI automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, Unit test, Pytest, etc.
• Familiar with Knowledge of test tools like Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Load Runner, Mobile Testing tools, etc
• Know basic insurance knowledge.
• Detail-minded and responsible.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence and MS Office, etc.
