Job Title: AI Developer

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with a proven track record in SYSPRO and other systems, preferably within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of working with large datasets and demonstrate a history of successful project-related work.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement machine learning models to improve efficiency and product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.
Analyze sensor data to predict potential downtime and maintenance needs.
Utilize AI to enhance decision-making and operational processes.
Maintain and improve existing AI systems to align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or other relevant languages.
Extensive experience with SYSPRO and familiarity with ERP systems.
