Your tasks

  • Defining and writing the study protocol
  • Analysing existing radiographs and clinical data usings state of the art machine learning and deep learning techniques
  • Collaborating with clinical experts 
  • Writing manuscripts on your project
  • Presenting your work at conferences

Your profile

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, Health Sciences and Technology or related fields
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Willingness and passion to learn about biomedical applications of machine learning and deep learning models
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project experiences in developing deep learning models
  • Experience developing machine learning and deep learning models (e.g., Tensorflow, PyTorch)
  • Experience working with large datasets, high-performance computing environments, and Linux operating systems
  • Experience analyzing and working with imaging data (e.g., radiographs)
