- Defining and writing the study protocol
- Analysing existing radiographs and clinical data usings state of the art machine learning and deep learning techniques
- Collaborating with clinical experts
- Writing manuscripts on your project
- Presenting your work at conferences
Your profile
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, Health Sciences and Technology or related fields
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Willingness and passion to learn about biomedical applications of machine learning and deep learning models
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Project experiences in developing deep learning models
- Experience developing machine learning and deep learning models (e.g., Tensorflow, PyTorch)
- Experience working with large datasets, high-performance computing environments, and Linux operating systems
- Experience analyzing and working with imaging data (e.g., radiographs)
