Data Analysis Intern

We’re looking for a mathematical star who is eager to make a mark and kickstart their career at a Tech Scaleup. This position will work closely under the direction of our Senior Data Analyst by supporting the high-quality use of data, locating the right information, conducting quantitative analysis and sharing findings in a relevant format. Your work will help improve the quality of decision-making across key areas of the company.

Result Areas

• Contribute to the Data team’s main initiatives, picking up analysis-intensive parts of key projects, so we take Inner Circle to the forefront of data tech.
• Take up the role of “Embedded Analyst” in projects around the company, supporting different departments with their data needs and being a go-to “source of truth”.
• Carry out quickfire and ad-hoc analysis as needed, getting the right numbers through to colleagues in a timely fashion so everyone is making evidence-based calls.
• Continually explore the data we generate, so we spot new and exciting opportunities for projects.
• Develop as a data professional, so you gain familiarity with the technologies and processes used in a scale-up business.

Requirements

What will help you be successful:

•  You're a student enrolled in a BSc Or MSc degree in Maths, Engineering, data or econometrics, and this internship is a requirement for your degree.

• You are competent in SQL

• Collaboration, helping teams across the company thrive from a data-driven foundation

• Clear Communication, making complex analysis simple for every stakeholder

• Learning Quickly, adopting new tools and using them effectively
