cocoa bean supplier globally with a leading presence in 10 key producing countries across Africa, Asia and South America. In our direct sourcing, our traceability from the farm to the factory allows us to drive sustainable practices across the cocoa supply chain. 

Responsibilities

Program Management
- Develop ofi sustainable Cocoa program strategy, the implementation and budgeting
- Develop Strategy and Implementation of Customer Program in Indonesia (Mars, MDLZ and Hershey).
- Provide strategic input to Head of Cocoa Sustainability Indonesia on strategic Cocoa program development
- Ensure the alignment ofi Indonesia Cocoa Sustainable Program with ofi cocoa global strategy
Program Coordination
- Ensure and make sure all ofi Cocoa Customer Program team having common understanding on the program strategy and the implementation.
- Ensure the Customer program implemented according to SOP ofi policy and program management
- To facilitate internal communication, learning and meeting within ofi cocoa program team
- Provide/facilitate training and capacity building to ofi team on program management (planning, implementation, MEL-monitoring, evaluation, and learning)
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Ensure and make monitoring and evaluation (internal and external) implement according to ofi SOP and requirement of customer or program’s partners.
- In cooperation with M&E team, data and finance team that the program data quality properly analysed and reliable.
- Make sure that all reporting (internal and external report) in place all the time and referring to ofi SOP and requirement of customer or program’s partners.
- In coordination with ofi team (relevant ofi team member) to capture lesson learn, success story of the ofi program implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate and engage with project’s stakeholders to align and having mutual cooperation with the stakeholders, especially government.
- Representing ofi in forum which relevant to the program development and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

- At least 7-year experience on sustainable program design and implementation
- Excellent of facilitation skills and training
- Having adequate knowledge on certification schemes, especially Rain Forest Certification (RA SAS 2020)
- Ability to work independent and teamwork
- Excellent in English both written and speaking
- Minimum master’s degree in agriculture business, rural development and innovation, knowledge management and innovation, Sustainable Development for Agriculture Sector or Rural Development.
- Willing to travel to up country
