Job Description
Join TeamViewer and contribute to the automation of processes and tasks across our organization by conceptualizing chat solutions.
Consult our department leads on potential improvements, create project plans, and execute them.
- Focus on Chat/Chatbot technology at TeamViewer to improve customer service in different areas
- Design, develop and test automated chat/chatbot workflows
- Build and adapt connectors to integrate different in-place systems (such as Dynamics365, Ticketing System, reporting tools, financial systems, databases etc.)
- Support the launch and implementation of Chat/Chatbot solutions
- Also focus on VoiceBot at a later stage to implement similar scenarios included in Chat/Chatbot
- Monitoring and maintaining chat related post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions
- Assist on creating process and end-user documentation
- Work with cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes
Qualifications
- University degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, Economics, or a comparable subject
- Hands-on experience in Chat/Chatbot tools as well as interest in operational controlling
- Familiarity with enterprise applications like Dynamics 365 for Sales, Finance and HR, Ticketing Systems or similar
- Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language)
- Experience on consuming APIs (development of APIs is preferred)
- Confident in command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to design technical specification documents for Chat/Chatbot Projects
- High interest in AI tools for automation and conversation
- Entrepreneurship, Enthusiasm, resilience, willingness to learn and team spirit are among your strengths
- Excellent communication skills in English and innovative thinking round up your profile
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning tools is preferred
