About The Role:
We are seeking a strategic technical program manager who will work with leaders across the company and designers ,product managers, frontend and backend engineers to build new mobile apps and services as well as a data platform from the ground-up. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to provide structure and leadership with limited direction. In addition to having mastered the fundamentals, you need to be hands-on in creating processes for a dynamic, fast-moving, and agile environment building high quality, high performance and scalable AI and Data solutions.. You will be expected to execute management in ensuring all teams are effective and efficient in execution.
Yohana is able to employ individuals who reside in (or that are willing to relocate to) the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
What You’ll Get To Do:
- Lead AI-driven data projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, possessing deep knowledge of AI technologies, data processing pipelines, and machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, communicate potential issues for timely resolution.
- Optimize resource allocation, manage priorities for maximum efficiency and deliverables.
- Execute on finalized product roadmap, participate in AI DATA product vision, facilitate product requirements creation.
- Participate and facilitate market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and customer preferences
- Drive process improvements and best practices in AI and data management.
- Present project status updates and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
- Maintain expertise in AI and Machine Learning technologies and their industry applications.
- Comfortable with offshore teams and vendors.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and data management practices. Experience with big data platforms, cloud computing, and data engineering is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, using Agile methodologies, and employing project management tools and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Project management tools including but not limited to JIRA, smartsheet etc.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Business or Related Field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of program, project or product management in software development with AI and Data background
- Self-starting, ambitious, focused, and self-sufficient
- Experience in working with cloud-based platforms and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrates critical thinking capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change remains flexible and calm when facing of uncertainty
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Has the ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems both technical and processes.
- Ability to travel internationally

This position is eligible for participation in the Yohana’s employee bonus program. Grade level and salary ranges are determined primarily through the scope and complexity of the role along with a review of the applicant’s experience and skills, as well as alignment with geographic market data and equity with other team members.
