Your opportunity

The Master Data Management Delivery Lead works cross-functionally to lead the MDM initiatives by providing best practices and coaching on master data management, and its architecture. The key focus of this role will be data strategy, technical mastering of data management and working with business users to establish new data governance models.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in creating and implementing data migration strategies, with a solid foundation in data management principles and considerable experience in Salesforce data structures.

Your responsibility will be to oversee all phases of data migration, from initial planning to execution, and through to post-migration validation, ensuring the accuracy and security of our data throughout.

Your role will include.

  • Define comprehensive master data management strategy, approach, and roadmap, aligned with business objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define MDM data requirements across connected systems.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of MDM data models, ensuring they meet organizational information needs, and system integration requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and support for the Master Data Management platform including solution architecture, inbound/outbound integration, maintenance/tuning of match rules and exceptions, data model changes, executing and monitoring MDM software updates.
  • Define master data management standards, to ensure data quality and integrity across multiple platforms.
  • Implement robust data validation, cleansing, and management methodologies to ensure the integrity of master data within MDM solution and across integrated systems.
  • Clearly communicate with all stakeholders about MDM processes, challenges, solutions, and progress.

  • 5+ years of experience in master data management, including experience with market leading commercial MDM solution. 
  • Deep understanding of MDM principles, data structures, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with data modelling, data quality and data cleaning techniques.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for applicants that have a bachelor's or a master's degree in computer science, information management, business administration, or a related field. 
  • Familiarity with industry-standard MDM tools and technologies is important.
