Job Description
The data analyst will work closely with product owners, data engineers, data scientists, and global cross-functional partners to analyze product performance data to inform strategic planning and business prioritization. The role will develop a deep understanding of our data platform, data schema, internal BI tools, and hone skills in data driven insights. This role has high executive visibility with the opportunity to work on the most impactful initiatives across the business. The ideal candidate is self-driven with the ability to work independently and excels in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
Work directly with leadership to understand their data related inquiries and communicate the data insights based on the analysis
Data exploration and analyses of large sets of data, articulate trends, and present actionable insights
Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations
Ability to translate business concepts and ideas into an accurate, error checked model
Breaks down most problems into fundamental parts in a systemic way
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Identifies grounded opportunities for strategic, operational, and organizational improvements
Deliver reporting & analysis including executive reporting, scorecards, product pipeline performance
Reinforce adherence to metric definitions and data sources across all teams and regions
Maintain data integrity and become the single point of truth for our executive scorecards, reporting and dashboards
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualification:
• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Experience working with data products and solutions with building data science models
• Hands on experience in Business Intelligence tools, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of problem-solving methods to inform data analysis approach
• 2+ years of experience in Product, Finance, analytics, or related quantitative field
• Demonstrated expertise/advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to mine and analyze large sets of data, articulate trends, and present actionable insights
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to details and ownership of work product
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Strong ability to multi-task, organize, manage, and implement complex projects whether directly or through supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in cross-functional teams to create data models to support business prioritization
• Experience working in an agile environment preferred
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 98,000.00 to 138,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
