• Develop and Maintain ETL Processes: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS to ensure data is accurately and efficiently loaded into data warehouses.
• Report Development: Create and run reports using SSRS to deliver actionable insights to customers.
• Data Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize complex data sets.
• SQL Development: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting needs.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources to create comprehensive data models.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, team members and other customers to understand report requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Documentation: Document data processes, workflows, and technical specifications to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Explore new technologies and system capabilities to improve business value, data quality and performance.
• Work with teams to deliver effective, high-value reporting solutions by demonstrating an established delivery methodology.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in designing packages using SSIS MSBI suite.
• Develop, implement and maintain SSIS packages for data integration, transformation and migration tasks.
• Good knowledge or experience in Snowflake ETL would be a plus.
• Troubleshoot and debug SSIS packages to identify and resolve issues.
• Experience in writing Stored procedures and queries using T-SQL.
• Experience in developing SSRS, Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL Server, including T-SQL.
• Strong experience with SSIS and SSRS.
• Experience in Power BI for data visualization.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts including star and snowflake schemas.
