Senior Machine Learning Engineer

What success looks like in this role:

·       Generate Machine Learning application ideas

·       Define Machine Learning Vision within the team

·       Drive Machine Learning projects from ideation to production

·       Suggest internal processes improvements

·       Mentor younger colleagues

·       Participate in bi-weekly Machine Learning papers review meetings

You will be successful in this role if you have:

·       At least 4 years of experience leading machine learning projects

·       Experience implementing LLM-based solutions in production

·       Experience working with Python and its machine learning libraries

·       Experience working with Spark or other distributed computations frameworks

·       Experience mentoring other Machine Learning team members

·       Algorithms and data structures knowledge

·       Ability to grasp new technologies very quickly

·       Ability to work effectively and independently as well as part of a team.

·       Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally in English
 

Salary Range: 50,000-75,000 EURO gross (before tax) per annum depending on your competencies, skills and experience
