Performance Analytics Head

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Analytics Head at the director level to lead our performance analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, strategic planning, and leadership, with a proven track record in the consumer goods or healthcare industry. This role is critical in driving insights and strategies that will enhance our business performance and support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

• Lead the performance analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement the overall strategy for performance analytics in alignment with company goals.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth and efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytics platforms.

Business Partnering:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations) to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead initiatives to improve data literacy and analytical capabilities across the organization.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Allocate resources effectively to support high-priority initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and report on outcomes to stakeholders.

Innovation and Improvement:

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance analytics tools, methodologies, and processes.
• Implement best practices for data governance and security.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the consumer goods or healthcare industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to link analytics to business strategy.
