Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to be part of our Global BI team. We work in a fast-paced environment that is hungry for analytics and insights. Our growing business is investing heavily in technology and people, and we want to measure the progress we are making and find new paths forward.  

In this role you will collaborate with business stakeholders to define business outcomes and conduct detailed operational data analysis to build recommendations.  You will acquire data, build models, and turn data into insights, enabling business partners to make informed decisions and break through ambiguity.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using DOMO, Snowflake, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports.

  • Implement intuitive data visualization solutions for National Accounts and Operations.

  • Create and manage client-facing and internal reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance.

  • Monitor and support the BI reporting infrastructure, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports for clients and internal customers.

  • Automating report distribution and improving reporting efficiency.

  • Assemble and maintain compelling dashboards with leading indicators and business results metrics across multiple data sources and lead conversations leveraging the tools you create. 

  • Leverage SQL to prototype concepts, troubleshoot issues, and explore ad hoc business problems

Collaboration & Solution Design:

  • Collaborate with business partners to understand processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend modern data reporting solutions.

  • Work closely with various departments to develop solutions that meet business objectives and improve data-driven decision-making.

  • Design and implement solutions for ad hoc requests from client partners and internal customers, guiding the organization in making informed business decisions.

Mentorship & Training:

  • Mentor users and peers to improve analytical skill sets across the organization.

  • Provide training and support to team members on BI tools, report generation, and data interpretation.

  • Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use and interpret BI reports and dashboards.

Data Management:

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and data sources.

  • Manage FTP processes for secure data transfer between systems and external partners.

  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.

Client Interaction:

  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring that their reporting needs are met.

  • Present data insights to clients in a clear and concise manner, providing recommendations based on the data.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced data visualization using DOMO(Or similar Reporting & Visualization tool) e.g. Crystal /Tableau Reports.

  • Strong experience with SQL, preferably with Snowflake and SQL Server.

  • Knowledge of efficiency reporting principles and practices.

  • Campaigns for data-driven marketing initiatives.

  • Understanding of querying efficiency and streamlining reporting processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Experience with SQL server databases structures (ex. Tables, BI Reporting DB) 

  • Working knowledge of FTP for data transfer and DOMO

  • Experience with analyzing data in semi-structured and unstructured data sets. 

  • Working knowledge of efficiency in querying and streamline reporting processing time.

  • Working knowledge of automation tools to send out reporting to customers.

Compensation Range of

Annual Salary: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00

(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
