Ensure client data in the core banking system is updated to current standards which are compliant with regulations and group policies
Perform documentation review of client accounts in relation to Onboarding or existing clients during periodic review or change in circumstances and ensuring adherence to bank policies/regulatory requirements.
Advise Front Office on queries relating to documentation of Onboarding, periodic reviews and updates
Follow up with Front Office on outstanding documentations
Analyze and update all existing client data to identify and address any client data quality issues and take appropriate corrective actions as needed, engaging with key functions in the bank
Perform static data maintenance of client database (Avaloq) and documentation system when necessary
Liaising internally within various departments / stakeholders for continuous process improvement
Provide regular progress reports to Head of CDM and ensures progress is executed to plan
Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by Head of CDM or Head of Business Services
Build strong working relationships with SMEs to deliver best practice processes and take ownership of client data quality improvements and remediation efforts

Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in account documentation review experience/Static within private banking business
Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Meticulous and thorough with follow-ups.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Preferably with AVALOQ experience
Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
