The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Supply Chain Data Analytics Manager role will make an impact:

The Supply Chain Analytics Team design and implement data/BI systems that support the collection, management, analysis, and visualization of data across the supply chain. They support monthly KPI reporting, Operations, and aim to provide up to date data spanning the entire Supply Chain. The candidate will need to understand the needs of the Supply Chain and deliver information with accuracy and clarity and speed. The successful candidate will be flexible with ambiguous and shifting project scopes.

• Identify and define data sources, data flows, and data structures that can be leveraged for analytics.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and design solutions that meet those needs.

• Develop and maintain data management processes that ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Analyze, identify, and fix issues in existing data flows.

• Develop and maintain data models that support data-driven decision-making.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, be technically skilled with the Microsoft BI Stack and have excellent communication skills.

• SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) development experience in Visual Studio

• Strong SQL language skills (SQL Server)

• Familiarity with data warehousing and dimensional modelling

• Relevant hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, Data Modeler, Analytics Engineer, or BI Engineer

• Strong experience with data profiling, cleansing, standardization

• Project Management skills

• Solid Excel skills

Nice to have:

• Azure Data Factory experience

• Supply Chain or manufacturing exposure

• Familiarity with SAP ECC & SAP BW

• Power Apps & Power Automate experience.

• DAX language skills and modeling in Power BI/Tabular Editor

• Data visualization skills

• Experience in using DevOps for source code management, reviews, and continuous deployment, and working as part of an agile team
