YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and presenting data related to our marketing, sales, promotion, and category performance. They will provide data-driven insights to support our decision-making process and help us create compelling data stories.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and analyze large data sets related to business performance, customer behaviour, market trends, marketing activation, and promotional strategies.
• Generate reports and visualizations to present data in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Provide actionable insights based on analysis of data, Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Commercial to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proficient in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau, PowerBI or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with a scripting language (Python, R) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights and recommendations.
• Detail-oriented and curious, with a passion for understanding and solving complex business problems.
