As the company embraces the data revolution, we are seeking an intern with a strong interest in data analysis and expertise in Power BI to join our team and contribute to the company's growth through participation in strategic and disruptive projects. Your main functions will be:

Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance, design, and development of reports in Power BI to provide key information to the business teams, fostering an innovative mindset and embracing digital-first approaches.

• Assist in the maintenance and development of Power Automate flows to optimize internal processes, promoting agility and adaptability in digital transformation initiatives.

• Learn to develop and optimize data models to ensure the accuracy and quality of information, embracing a culture of openness and collaboration across departments and hierarchies.

• Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data accuracy and quality, promoting cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Work with business teams to understand their reporting and analysis needs and provide support in delivering effective solutions, while prioritizing digital upskilling and learning.

• Receive training and support from the data analysis team to ensure proper utilization of Power BI and other tools, aligning with Bosch's commitment to continuous learning and upskilling.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in data analysis and visualization, with a focus on Power BI.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases, embracing a digital-first mindset and readiness to adapt to emerging technologies.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration/Economics, or related fields, with a commitment to continuous learning and upskilling.

• Fluent in Spanish, fluency in English will be a plus.

• Available to join us in October 2024 for a minimum of 6 months..

• Internship is preferably full-time, hybrid in Barcelona or Vigo (Spain), aligning with Bosch's digital culture change and commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Compensation for this internship is 800€ gross per month, with a commitment to providing valuable learning opportunities and resources for digital upskilling.

• Candidates must have a NIE or DNI number in Spain. Sponsorship for VISA or NIE support for EU Citizen is not available, aligning with Bosch's focus on embracing a digital-first mindset within the local context.
