Systems Analyst - Associate - Corporate Web Services - IT - 12 months Contract

Job Summary:

IT Corporate Web Services team is responsible for the implementation, development and support of multiple corporate wide systems including our ongoing AI based initiatives, our external Websites and Intranet. We partner and collaborate with the systems infrastructure and information security teams to ensure high service level and systems availability are provided to our internal corporate divisions.

Job Duties:

As system analyst, you will be involved in implementation and support of web applications. The incumbent will gain experience of delivering a project within a dynamic environment in a challenging timescale. Proven track record of application development, familiarity in various project management methodology, strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

 

Responsibilities:

• Model Implementation : Assist in implementation and fine-tuning of generative AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Data Preparation: Support data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation tasks to ensure high-quality input for model training.
• Performance Evaluation: Participate in testing and validating models, analyzing results, and helping to refine algorithms for better performance.
• Documentation: Help create and maintain documentation for model architectures, experiments, and processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in generative AI and machine learning, and share insights with the team.
• Support: Provide technical assistance and support for deployed AI solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Manage and participate in activities of whole SDLC phases, from requirement analysis, design, system development, testing and deployment to support
• Liaise with other IT teams, business users and external vendors

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' IT working experience in application development and support of business web application systems.
• Exposure to generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs) is an advantage
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for model deployment.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
