Contribute to mission-rich research projects that improve workplaces worldwide.

At Gallup, you’re more than just an intern. You’re a genuine part of our team, our culture and the impact we make on the world. As a graduate workplace research intern at Gallup’s Riverfront campus in Omaha, Nebraska, you’ll collaborate with prominent researchers on real workplace issues and get first-class opportunities at one of the most respected companies in the world. Translating data into insights, you’ll delve into the environment and behaviors that empower employees to live more productive, engaged lives. In addition to learning about Gallup’s workplace analytics, you’ll examine data, explore our latest findings, work with clients, and discover important patterns and themes in our global analytics.

Our previous research interns had the opportunity to analyze Gallup data, provide actionable insights, write articles based on findings, collaborate with consultants and clients, and synthesize existing research. They completed projects related to employee engagement, employee selection, wellbeing, burnout, remote work and more. Learn about our previous interns’ experiences.

Check out one of Gallup’s recent reports, our global workplace indicators, and our past interns’ publications about work-life balance and employee burnout.
