Job Description

Reporting into an Analytics Manager within the Product Development team you will focus on data analyses. Leading and working with the team, you will blend mathematical, analytical, and spatial techniques with a natural curiosity for understanding and analyzing data to deliver main Marketing Services products.

What you'll do?

• Support shaping and refinement of projects.
• Deliver projects
• Provide mentoring to Analysts in the team.
• Ensure knowledge transfer of analysis (interpretation; justification; methods).
• Be an escalation point for analysts to support their work.
• Ensure all work is process checked and sense checked following team checking guidelines.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• Degree with high mathematical / technical / analytical content.
• Experienced user of at least one analytical program, such as Python, Alteryx or WPS/SAS.
• Proficient in the use of MS excel (can perform complex functions).
• Experience interpreting analysis outputs, providing insight and making recommendations.
• Proficient in advanced analytical methods, such as modelling and segmentation.

Desirable

• Knowledge of any of the following programs / languages; SAS, Alteryx, R, SPSS, VBA, SQL, WPS, ArcGIS, or Python.
