Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinates Synchronizing EBOM/MBOM Effectivity Dates (ECO) with Engineering /Procurement to Maximize Inventory Transition linked with Manufacturing Readiness
  • Monitor and collect data on current processes, including demand generation, planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Gather data on each step within the process, using it to recommend changes to reduce data gathering inefficiencies and improve effectiveness of decision making.
  • Perform the necessary analysis and tasks associated with deploying data & analytics solutions such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, Tableau and/or other related analytical solutions.
  • You will complete individual projects of moderate size, complexity and impact and support assigned portions of projects and systems through direct contact with business functional users.
  • Collaborate with IT resources to create data pipelines.
  • Support all aspects of system testing related to reporting applications.
  • Provide training related to data/reports to our users.
  • Analyze data errors for accuracy/consistency, ensure data is cleansed, and accurately mapped/managed for accuracy.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • BS Degree or equivalent work experience

Professional experience:

  • 2-3 years’ purchasing, planning, supply chain data experience, or working within manufacturing environment and/or related educational experience.
  • Knowledge of MRP system(s) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, and/or other data analytical tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business conditions, and work well across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems.
  • Self- Motivated and Assertive.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skill.
