Role Overview: We are looking for a Medior Data Analyst with experience in data migration, mapping, and governance, who will work within the framework of our consultancy mission for a financial services client. The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to critical projects, ensuring data quality, and applying analytical thinking to support the clients business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute data migration projects as part of the Verdi Program for the client.
• Analyze and map both structured and unstructured data to ensure smooth data transfer to target systems.
• Implement data governance best practices and ensure alignment with the clients IT policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data processing and enhance the quality of client data assets.
• Prepare and deliver reports using Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) to present insights and progress to the client.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Data Mapping Techniques Advanced experience (1-3 years) in analyzing and mapping data.
• Data Migration Expertise Expert-level knowledge, with hands-on experience in complex data migration projects.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking Expert skills in resolving complex data issues with a proactive approach.
• Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) Advanced proficiency, particularly in data presentation and reporting.
• Life Insurance Products Knowledge Relevant experience with life insurance products such as Unit Linked or Universal Life policies.
• SQL (AWS Environment) Advanced knowledge of SQL, with experience working in AWS environments.
• Understanding of Data Governance Beginner-level understanding of data governance practices.
• Language Proficiency Professional working proficiency in Dutch or French, and full professional proficiency in English.

Consultant Requirements:

• Availability to work on-site in Brussels for a minimum of two days a week, with flexibility to work remotely for the remaining three days.
• A strong commitment to Keystone Solutions' consultancy values, including adaptability, teamwork, and a client-centric approach.
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon successful selection.
