PowerBI Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power BI. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into interactive and meaningful reports that provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Power BI.
• Develop data models and perform data analysis to support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards.
• Optimize performance of Power BI solutions and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and M language.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).
• Familiarity with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory).
• Certification in Power BI or related technologies.
