JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking an Associate Director- Delivery, In this role, you will be primarily responsible to manage a team. In this role, SDM will manage multiple platforms/projects with varied tech stack such as Artificial Intelligence and Data Sciences Technologies.

Having deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Big Data, Java, AWS, GCP and Unix, but are not limited to: 

• SDM will be responsible for managing the US stakeholders and driving operational excellence while ensuring seamless delivery
• May work on a small or mature agile team and learns on the job
• Work with Solution Architect to define the technical specification for features and functionalities and also determining the effort associated
• Work with PM to determine and define the timeline requirements for delivering a project
• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
• Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

As a SDM you will be responsible for managing the US stakeholders and driving operational excellence while ensuring seamless delivery
• Develop scope and budget for delivery projects
• Ability to understand the project and its requirements, articulate and communicate the same to internal stakeholders
• Work closely with other teams like Engineering and Platform during requirement gathering and documentation phase to understand the scope of development work in projects
• Provide suggestions on implementation approach, limitations/complexity around implementation with respect to the platform used and recommendations for alternative solutions
 

QUALIFICATION

• Graduates having Bachelor degree in Computers, Computing or Engineering. Masters/Ph.D is preferred.
   

EXPERIENCE

• 18+ years of experience in developing enterprise Class AI & Digital Platforms
• AWS knowledge will be nice to have. 
• AHM-250 certified will be nice to have.
   

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• 18+ years of experience in developing enterprise Class AI & Digital Platforms like market facing Member/Claims based large enterprise functions. 
• 6+ years of people management experience, preferably in any AI OR Research or Digital organization only.

• Must have experience of Implementing the enterprise class AI Models and platforms apart from data integration in health care environment
• Bend toward working in Complex environments and ability to collaborate with senior level stake holders like Directors and Senior Directors from US Healthcare Industry.
• Proven Strategic Thinking and People management of Super Super Niche expertise like AI & Digital platforms.
• Ability to work with Global teams and build healthcare Platforms in fast paced environment. 
• Deep understanding of healthcare subject areas like claim, member, provider and clinical 
• Hands on experience on data profiling and strong skills on Machine and Deep Learning, SQL and handling large files on Unix/Linux platforms on GCP/AWS.
• Strong experience in managing enterprise level AI Platforms in Healthcare. Good knowledge in Python.
• Must have strong experience in minimum two of out these three areas – ReactNative, Mobility-Ios/Andriod and Web computing Skill, ETL (Teradata/Informatica) and Full Stack Java. 
• Good understanding of data models and Digital Product Engineering is Key
• Fair understanding of latest UX and UI Technologies apart from managing the teams of 350 to 500 in Digital Platform and Product engineering area of expertise
