What is the opportunity?

The RTB SRE Innovation /AI Operations Lead an operational role that reside within Risk IT and will lead Global Functions Technology in SRE and AI Operations initiatives ensuring cohesiveness across teams and drive the initiatives to completion.  The critical function this role will provide is leading the SRE and AI Operations teams, so this role would use SRE principles to deliver reliable 24/7 infrastructure and application operations across the entire portfolio.  As the Leader the selected person would have to build a team that will have to collaborate with stakeholders such as business teams, product owners, and project management in defining the SRE roadmap for applications and processes.  This role would also work to integrate standardized automation and AI Operations into the SRE models to achieve improve application stability and to reduce the number of incidents.  This would include the testing and developing implementation guides to assist in implementing these tools across the team.

What will you do?

• Analyze features such as feasibility, associated costs, time, and the compatibility of new programs with existing programs, and hardware and ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved
• Develop SRE solutions (monitoring and alerting, machine learning anomaly detection, self-healing, and reliability testing)
• Work with AppDev, Capital markets and develop clear roadmap for CCAR app modernization back with underline technical architecture
• Develop operational strategies for AI system management and enhancement.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AI systems.
• Manage the CWT Contracts and be a point of escalation on CWT issues.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Over 14+ years of demonstrated leadership experience managing, motivating and providing mentorship to resources on high performing IT teams with a solid and demonstrated background ITSM, SRE and AIOPS..
• Ability to provide leadership for support teams by building and motivating team members to meet goals, adhering to their responsibilities and support SRE\AI Ops. In addition, the ability to identify resource needs and new skills required to ensure continuous growth and improvement of team.

Nice-to-have

• Previous experience with AIOps tools.
• ITIL certification; PMP/Agile certification
• Relevant technologies (Oracle, SQL, Hadoop, UNIX, Windows, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in a variety of SRE languages and tools (Ansible, Dynatrace Managed, Moog, PagerDuty, ServiceNow, GitHub, Slack, Elastic, Logstash, Kibana, Blue Prism, Catch Point, Splunk, Python, bash, PowerShell)
• Tableau reporting experience

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.  This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
