Generative AI Internship

Granicus is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Generative AI Interns. This internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the cutting-edge field of generative AI, working alongside our experienced professionals.
Duration: 3 to 6 months Eligibility:- Full-time students currently enrolled in a degree program related to Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a closely related field.- Recent graduates (within the last 6 months) with a degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Responsibilities:- Assist our team in developing and implementing generative AI applications and proof-of-concepts.- Work with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and other related techniques.- Participate in the design and development of user interfaces and experiences (UI/UX) for LLM-powered applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of generative AI. Requirements:- Strong foundation in computer science, programming (Python), and data structures.- Good knowledge and understanding of generative AI tools and services, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.- Familiarity with machine learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks.- Experience with UI/UX design and development for web or mobile applications.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies. Commitment:- This internship is a full-time commitment, and interns are expected to dedicate their efforts exclusively to Granicus during the internship period.- Interns are not permitted to work on any other assignments or projects with other organizations during the internship. Additional Qualifications:- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Knowledge of agile development methodologies. Benefits:- Gain valuable hands-on experience in the cutting-edge field of generative AI.- Work on challenging and impactful projects.- Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.- Opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative environment.- Potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship (subject to performance and availability).- Remote work arrangement with a company-provided system. If you are a driven and passionate individual seeking an opportunity to kickstart your career in generative AI, we encourage you to apply for this internship at Granicus.
