The Department of Epidemiology at Johns Hopkins University is looking for a Senior Research Data Analyst to build models and conduct analysis in support of a research program on tick borne disease. The Senior Research Data Analyst would be responsible for developing models of the transmission of Lyme disease that incorporate models of immune responses to tick exposure and pathogen exposure. The position would require coordination of data generated across a multi-site study of immune responses to tick salivary proteins and interaction with collaborators across sites.

The Senior Research Data Analyst will report to Dr. Derek Cummings and work closely with staff conducting empirical work at sites across the US. Additional responsibilities would be coordinating systematic reviews to inform model construction, analysis of temporal dynamics of immune responses and administration of clinical trial regulatory and financial components.
