Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Data Analyst I supporting the US and Canada. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining HR data; researching and resolving data-related issues in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and EC Payroll, as well as Workforce Software Time & Attendance systems; collaborating with vendors to facilitate resolution of issues; consulting on, creating, updating and distributing reports to end-users; providing internal consulting support; collaborating with external vendors to resolve issues; collaborating with other internal departments to ensure data integrity across all workstreams; identifying areas for improvements to improve customer service levels; working with team members to update training documentation; assisting with definition and execution of system testing.

Skills/Qualifications

Required
•    High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field preferred
•    Strong analytical skills
•    1 year of experience in data analysis and research/resolution of issues
•    Strong communication and listening skills
•    Ability to comprehend and intuitively meet the customers' requirements
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel
•    Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Workforce Software, or other HR cloud solution

Preferred
•    Experience analyzing and managing HR Data
