About th role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Delivery Lead to help us build the future of personal banking, by finding relevant problems our clients experience and building data driven solutions for them. In this critical role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of data solutions, looking at variety of solutions ranging from analytics to machine learning models, while ensuring these solutions address real client problems with tangible with business benefit. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful deployment of high-quality data products.

What you will be doing

You will play a crucial role in our organization by guiding and managing teams responsible for the entire product lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership: Provide direction and mentorship to your team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Product Delivery: Oversee successful delivery of product features, from conception to deployment.

Efficiency and Optimization: Continuously drive efficiency improvements within Client Engagement processes.

Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging creative solutions and new approaches.

People Development: Support team members’ growth and development.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields – Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Leading and mentoring a team of varying data skills (e.g. data engineers, analysts and data scientists), fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in progressive database or software development roles.
• Experience In an environment which requires validating work.
• Proficiency in engaging and managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.
• Proven ability to take responsibility for delivering projects in a fast-moving environment, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting to changing requirements.
• Solid understanding of general business principles, including budgeting and accounting.
• Competence in business analysis and design to effectively align software solutions with business needs and objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies to efficiently organize and streamline project execution.
• Extensive experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC),
