Introduction to role:
Are you ready to challenge the status quo and make a real impact? We are looking for a Junior Associate in Power BI to join our Enabling team. This role is crucial in a time of evolution for AstraZeneca, where your niche knowledge will be valued and essential to our growth.

Accountabilities:
As a Junior Associate, you will be responsible for solution architecture for Business Intelligence use cases, serving as a key liaison between Business End Users, IT and Power BI Development team. You will work with stakeholders to identify their reporting/data requirements and translate these into technical reporting requirements. You will also collaborate continuously with the Agile Scrum team to implement new reporting efficiencies and milestones. Your role will also involve designing mobile reports, training junior resources, and managing end-to-end deliverables from requirements gathering to production go live.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a role associated with reporting, analytics, and/or data management.
- Proven experience working with detailed report visualizations and data management.
- Experience with gathering user requirements, developing system documentation, testing or analytical business reports.
- Good hands-on experience in Power BI and designing mobile reports.
- Strong knowledge in Databases, DM schemas and SQL.
- Full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Strong service focus.
- Engaging and friendly personality.
- Collaborative, flexible and a team player.

While not essential, any additional skills or experience in related fields will be considered an asset.
