About the role

This role is part of the Integrated Data Management team that is being set-up with a vision to enable excellent data quality for supply chain planning.

The IDM Coordinator will guide and support the planners in the factories and markets within the region to maintain best-in-class master data standards and co-create the master data related processes in collaboration with the technical and functional teams.

A successful candidate will be responsible to monitor the alerts, dashboards and data related interfaces to ensure data accuracy and integrity is maintained above 98% all the time. It also includes driving data review meetings with markets/factories and maintenance/update of planning related data to support E2E planning in new global tool.

Your responsibilities

  • Own data quality monitoring, issue identification, and resolution activities for respective hubs, including master data completeness, data integrity, and transaction data hygiene services.
  • Coordinate with planners across workstreams and provide guidance and support on data maintenance, data change queries, and overall data quality.
  • Responsible to plan and conduct review meetings with Markets and factories to highlight data issues, explain root cause, required action and drive DQ score improvement.
  • Prepare weekly/Monthly DQ reports and highlight high-risk issues.
  • Ensure adherence to DQ standards, guidelines, and policies.
  • Responsible to monitor the alerts, issues related to data and work with various team in supply organisation in markets/factories to ensure data accuracy is maintained above 98%.
  • Responsible for defining integrated data rule including acceptable data ranges/values.
  • Develop a knowledge base, prepare SOPs, training collateral, and documentation (i.e., data catalog, solution catalog, etc.).
  • Responsible to maintain and update the planning related data in the planning tool based on input from business.
  • Responsible to maintain completeness and accuracy of one or more integrated data elements required for planning.
  • Work with technical team to resolve interface issue related to data.
  • To provide support in any continuous improvement initiatives on data delivery and readiness for testing and cut over.

The experience we're looking for

  • Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Possess general business awareness especially on Supply Chain or demonstrates comparable business experience.
  • Fast learning ability.
  • Any work experience on ERP (JDE or SAP) would be advantageous.
  • The business language in Reckitt is English, therefore fluency in English is essential and fluency in local languages advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment.
