Data Center Operations System Engineer (Kansas City, MO)
Tasks
- Coordinate incident resolution with hardware support
- Follow installation standards for placement and cabling
- Label cable and configure systems
- Maintain data center layout and network topology
- Manage RMA returns and replacement orders
- Manage parts depot inventory
- Perform structured cabling and cable management
- Rack server storage and network infrastructure
- Track equipment delivery to deployment handoff
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Use DCIM software to document infrastructure
