The team

A career in the Data Governance team of our Chief Data Office will provide you with the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team responsible for management and security of PwC’s exponentially increasing data. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the team, contribute to developing a long-term data management framework as well as assist in fostering a data stewardship culture in the Company.

Main responsibilities

  • Work on the design and implementation of data governance policies, standards and procedures 

  • Keep track of the data policy changes, data systems register, data lineage

  • Maintain/Update internal data governance site

  • Assist in improving overall enterprise data quality and reliability through process improvement and standards definition

  • Support the Chief Data Office in developing data management metrics and operationalize reporting

  • Support the change management towards the data stewardship culture

What we are looking for

  • Newly graduates with a University degree  in a Business related discipline e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science.

  • No previous work experience is required. 

  • Keen interest in interpreting and analysing guidelines, processes, procedures and policies in a corporate environment.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suites.
