 As Data Analyst with us you will be able to play a key role in a variety of operational projects and programs, and proactively support our commercial strategy in order to Empower the World to Choose Education! To do so swiftly, you bring along several years of experience in data analysis or related roles, with spreadsheet and Tableau skills. 

You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, aligning with stakeholders, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to drive sales performance and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a passion for utilizing data to drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities 

  • Data Analysis: Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and provide actionable insights to sales management. 
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and assist in setting sales targets. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, senior leadership, and C-level executives. Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication of sales insights, forecasts, and performance metrics. 
  • Sales Analytics: Conduct in-depth analyses of sales trends, pipeline, and win/loss data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for sales strategy improvement. Share findings effectively with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and coordination of sales-related activities and initiatives. 
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs, promotions, and initiatives, and provide recommendations for optimization. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales operations and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement. 

Requirements

  • 4+ years total work experience, with 3+ years of relevant Sales Ops, Ad Ops, Customer Success Ops experience. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.  
  • SalesTool administration and reporting experience - Dynamics 365 admin experience and familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Excel, Confluence, Asana. 
  • You are experienced using SQL and dashboards tools like Tableau. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues. 
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects from start to finish in a fast paced environment.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • You have a detective’s mind set to investigate the why of a process and what can make it.
