We are Reference Data Operations (RDO) team within Market Services group. Our team consists of 7 skilled team members and we serve our clients as Financial Data providers in Danske Bank. We manage and control the database called Securities Masterfiles (SMF) which contains thousands of various financial products used by investors, such as Shares, Bonds, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Derivatives, etc.

As a Team, we have two key objectives:

  1. To collect market data and have required financial products registered in our database.
  2. Ensure that market data changes would be reflected internally in SMF.

You will be working on operational tasks while at the same time you will have a chance to share ideas and contribute to various projects and initiviates leading to higher efficiency and better customer experience. The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

You will:

  • Manage daily tasks, detect process deviations, and uphold quality standards in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Lead projects to enhance system efficiency and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), organizing stakeholder meetings and ensuring seamless customer support
  • Conduct team training sessions to boost skills and knowledge
  • Handle market data collection, security registration, corporate action adjustments, and financial product pricing
  • Implement data quality controls and address market data-related inquiries efficiently

About you:

  • Degree in finance
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proficient in SQL at an intermediate level; familiarity with Tableau is advantageous
  • Good stakeholder management abilities, capable of engaging, and setting clear expectations
  • High sense of responsibility with a proactive "can do" mindset
  • Able to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
