Lead Generative AI

We are seeking an Lead Generative AI to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our AI strategy and execution, transforming our product offerings, and enhancing operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned AI expert with a strategic vision for incorporating AI across the organization, from developing cutting-edge end-user products to optimizing internal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and management of a robust pipeline of AI-driven end-user products.
• Identify market opportunities and conceptualize innovative AI solutions that cater to user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch AI products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Evaluate current product portfolio and identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Develop and implement strategies to transform existing products into AI-first solutions.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure seamless AI infusion into the product lifecycle.
• Utilize AI to streamline and enhance creative, coding, and testing processes within the organization.
• Implement AI tools and methodologies to improve productivity, accuracy, and speed of execution across various departments.
• Train and mentor junior developers on AI technologies and best practices to build a competent AI team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. PhD is a plus.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of leading AI initiatives.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI-driven products and solutions.
• Strong background in AI integration, product management, and process optimization.
• In-depth understanding of the current AI landscape, including the latest technologies, models, and advancements in the field.

• Proven track record of developing and deploying successful AI models and applications.
• Experience with advanced AI technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or neural networks.
• Expertise in building and optimizing generative models like GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and Diffusion Models.
• Expertise in optimizing model performance for both computational efficiency and accuracy, especially for large-scale generative AI models.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI solutions.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
