Who You Are

We are looking for a seasoned Business Intelligence (BI) professional with 5-6 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and machine learning. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Python/R and SQL, with proven expertise in using BI tools like Looker and Databricks. Experience in the AdTech or digital advertising industry is a significant plus, as it will enable them to quickly understand and address the unique challenges we face.

What You Will Do

• Data Analysis and Insight Generation:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement

  • Generate actionable insights that inform business strategies and decision-making

  • Collaborate with Engineering/Product teams to ensure the accurate storage and integrity of data across our systems

• Business Intelligence and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards using Looker and python, ensuring they meet the needs of various stakeholders

  • Enhance data models and reporting capabilities, leveraging Databricks and other advanced tools

• Machine Learning and Automation:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models to scale data analysis and generate predictive insights

  • Use AI techniques to uncover hidden patterns and drive business impact

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions

  • Present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

What You Will Bring

• 5-6 years of relevant work experience in a BI, data analysis, or similar role is required

• Strong expertise in Python/R for data analysis and machine learning

• Advanced SQL skills, with experience in database management and optimization

• Proficiency with BI tools, particularly Looker, and familiarity with Databricks

• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline

• Experience in an AdTech or digital advertising environment is a plus
