Purpose

This role manages iventory accuracy and performs complex analytics and statistical modelling on large data sets to optimize supply chain operations workflow, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Key Missions

We are hiring for AM Supply Chain PMO & Data Analytics based at NSEZ, Noida.

 

Key roles & responsibilities: 

1.Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction.
2.Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
3.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
4.Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
5.Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
6.Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
7.Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects
8.Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
9.Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
10.Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

Experience required : 

1.Four or more years of project management experience
2.Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
3.Proven success working with all levels of management
4.Strong written and verbal communication skills
5.Excellent presentation skills.
6.Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
7.An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
8.Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
9.Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
10.Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
11.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
12.Hands-on experience with project management tools
