Airport Data Reporting Analyst Sr.- Training & Quality Assurance

General Description and Classification Standards

This position supports the Training and Quality Assurance Manager in the development, implementation, and monitoring of training programs and quality assurance processes. The role will involve assisting with training administration, quality control audits, data analysis, maintaining and tracking required employees records and stakeholder communication to ensure high standards of performance and compliance.

Supervision Received

This position report to the Training and Quality Assurance Manager. Direction received is focused on end results and is typically collaborative in nature.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assess the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing participant performance, feedback, and completion rates.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance training and quality assurance practices.
• Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives and their impact on organizational goals.
• Assist in the development and coordination of training materials and programs.
• Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Support the delivery of training sessions by preparing materials, setting up equipment, and managing participant logistics.
• Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.
• Assist in conducting regular audits and evaluations to assess compliance with quality standards.
• Help develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
• Monitor quality metrics and assist in analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and correspondence related to training and quality assurance functions.
• Assist in maintaining the quality management system (QMS) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access), and familiarity with Visio and SharePoint.
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems and principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, accounting, finance, information technology, statistics, human resources, or a related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis)
• 3 years of work experience in creation, reporting, and/or management of data or closely related tasks (not including data entry)

Preferred Education & Experience

• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university
• 5 years data analysis experience
• Experience with R, Python, Visual Basic is preferred.
