Job Description

Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data. Using this data, we design, develop and deploy products, platforms, brands and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywhere.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as “Senior Specialist Data Analysis (m/f/d)" at our site in Munich, Germany in full-time. The role will develop and improve the data architecture and interfaces into the global systems, design and create dashboards and data tools as well as automatization of processes.

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the data platforms, incl. integration of new data sources

  • Provide strategic direction and architecture guidance to align to regional data strategy and priorities

  • Work with CRM/SFE lead and omnichannel campaign managers to understand the data sources and technical setup

  • Responsible for release / deployment management
    lifecycle (i.e.: plans release windows, manages delivery risks…)

  • Plan and manage data architecture projects to complement global/EURAM structures w country specific reporting and visualization

  • Develop and implement actionable dashboards and improve existing dashboards to enhance usability, relevance, and accuracy. 

  • Serve as a general data steward, providing context to data and improve quality of data ecosystem. 

  • Automate and orchestrate data pipelines and operational processes to improve efficiency and reliability

  • Day to Day Lead for team of developers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems with a technical background, or a related field. 

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence. 

  • Expert-level SQL skills and proficient in Python programming. 

  • In-depth knowledge of BI tools, with a preference for PowerBI. 

  • Advanced data modelling skills to design effective data structures. 

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. 

  • Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment. 

  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.
