We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our business development team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth and manage client relationships through the entire sales cycle. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise sales, with a deep understanding of sustainability issues and ESG data management.
  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: You have a proven track record of engaging and closing deals with large enterprise clients, particularly in complex, consultative sales environments.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Building and maintaining relationships with high-profile clients is second nature to you. You thrive in client-facing roles and are skilled at understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Sustainability Passion: You have experience or a strong interest in sustainability, ESG management, or related fields. While you may not be an ESG expert, you are eager to learn and engage with these topics.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have an affinity for technology, with a particular interest in AI and its applications in ESG. You are excited to work in an environment where AI is at the core of our solutions.
  • Collaborative Mindset: You enjoy working cross-functionally and are excited about the opportunity to collaborate with various teams, including product, marketing, and leadership.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, with a focus on large, complex accounts.
  • Experience or strong interest in sustainability, ESG consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong affinity for technology, with a desire to learn about AI, LLMs, and product development.
  • Fluency in English and another major European language (preferably German or French).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from small teams to large executive groups.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to advisory or auditing firms.
  • Experience working in startups or technology-driven environments.
  • Additional proficiency in another European language.
  • Specific expertise in ESG-related areas such as supply chain procurement, ESG auditing, compliance, or asset management.
  • Experience in market research, product discovery, or user interviews.
