Join us as a BI Developer

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting BI Developer to join our BI and Enterprise Reporting team.  Our team consists of highly talented and self-motivated individuals that are passionate about delivering BI reports/dashboards/workflows in Qlik and/or Alteryx. You will be responsible for design, development, implementation and troubleshooting of our solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing system (unit) testing of the developed reports/dashboards/workflows.

Some of your key responsibilities include:  

• Design and development of BI reports/dashboards/workflows in Qlik, Alteryx
• Enhancements to the existing BI solutions
• Support and troubleshooting of BI products
• Ensure the teams best practices are followed from a technical perspective
• Communicate efficiently within and outside the team
• Work with testers and business users during all phases of the developments life-cycle

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or management Information systems
• 2+ years of work experience in IT
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
• Good knowledge in SQL
• Experience with BI tools, preferably with Qlik or Alteryx
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice To Have:

• Experience with Python
