Summary of the role
Responsible for leading and managing a team of data professionals to ensure the effective management and utilization of data assets. This role will play a pivotal part in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing business processes.

What you'll do

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, data analysts, and technical teams.
• Effectively communicate the value of data management initiatives and address their needs.
• Oversee data management projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Design and implement robust data models and architectures (Airtable specific) to support the organization's data needs.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security.
• Establish and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Implement data quality checks and remediation strategies.
• Elicit and document data requirements from business stakeholders to align data management initiatives with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. 

Who we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management, Data Analysis or any other relevant experience with regards to handling data At least 2 years of experience in leadership role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data management systems
• Has knowledge of data warehousing and data lake concepts
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with multinational companies
