Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Product Manager to join our IT Data Operations team. As a Data Product Manager at CyberArk, you’ll work closely with data Engineers, Analysts, R&D, and business stakeholders to guide the design, development, and lifecycle of internal business data products and deliver solutions to meet consumers' needs.

This is a unique opportunity to drive impact and change through analytics and help the organization become data-centric and data-driven.

The Ideal candidate will have a solid background in data Analysis, Analytic tools and pipelines, project management skills, and a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data solutions.

  • Oversee data-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the design, launch, and continuous improvement of data products, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver value.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Create technical requirements for new data products and features; write clear and concise product specs, features cards, and other product documentation
  • Work with data teams to maintain and enhance data quality, ensuring that data assets are reliable and trustworthy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, information services engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a data analyst or in a data-related position.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge – Snowflake, DataBricks or equivalent
  • Experience with data-related concepts such as Data modeling, Data quality, ML, and AI.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in Product Management roles with a strong focus on data products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
