Are you passionate about using data to tell compelling stories that shape the future of work? At SAP, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we're looking for a curious and driven HR Project Management Associate to join our Future of Work Insights team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving data-driven decision making across the People & Culture organization. You will contribute to the design and delivery of innovative continuous listening programs and people analytics projects, using your analytical skills to help optimize and streamline continuous listening programs and uncover valuable insights from our people data. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced HR professionals and learn from the best in the field within an agile setting.

We're searching for someone who thrives on using data to shape the future of work at SAP.  Here's what you'll need to succeed:

  • Data Expertise: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field, coupled with 0-3 years of experience applying analytical methods common to social sciences to generate insights in the HR domain.

 

  • Analytical Skills: You're fluent in data analysis and wrangling techniques, particularly with R and Python and have experience with packages focusing on machine learning and gen AI. Experience with Qualtrics is a strong plus, as this is one of our core tools to gather and share employee experience data across SAP.

 

  • Communication skills: You can translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences, helping us to drive action with our insights.

 

  • Collaboration and problem-solving: You're a natural at identifying trends and applying innovative solutions. You thrive in agile environments, working effectively within a team to tackle challenges head-on even under pressure.

 

  • Fluency in English and German is essential
