We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with atleast 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models using Python and Pytorch with specific expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and a basic understanding of Generative AI (GenAI). This role will focus on developing innovative solutions within automation domain, leveraging advanced data pipeline management and deployment skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design, Develop, and Implement Machine Learning Models:

• Create and fine-tune machine learning models using Python, PyTorch
• Utilize expertise in NLP and Vision to develop innovative solutions 
  
  Generative AI Applications:
• Good understanding of Large Language models and Transformer architecture
  
  Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, and product teams.
  
  Continuous Learning:
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
• Incorporate new knowledge and techniques into ongoing projects.
  
  
  
  Required Skills and Expertise:
• Python and PyTorch: Expert level proficiency in Python programming.
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Unit Testing: Expert in OOP principles and unit test-driven development methodologies.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Advanced experience in NLP techniques and applications.
• Generative AI (GenAI): Good understanding of Transformers and its architecture
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
